Strong verbal and written communication skills in Mandarin and English (fluency assessed through a language test). Proficiency in professional written English. Experience in live chat and email correspondence is essential. Ability to navigate multiple computer platforms simultaneously. Familiarity with Microsoft Office tools. Previous experience in customer service, live chat, and / or call center environments. High school diploma or equivalent. Details
