Your Role
Your Profile
With your passion for agriculture, social science, rural development, forestry and conservation, you aim to leverage your knowledge, experience and appetite for technology to generate positive impact in these areas and address the global challenges of our time.

You have an analytical background and thrive on devel‑oping reliable tools to facilitate data management, ultimately enabling your colleagues to work more efficiently. A self‑starting and independent person with genuine curiosity and willingness to learn from others, you enjoy working with team members across countries and functions, but you also take initiative whenever the opportunity arises.
With excellent interpersonal skills, outstanding communication and a helpful, supportive attitude, you naturally animate sessions with a variety of stakeholders to work on diverse and sometimes complex projects. At ease in a dynamic environment, you are not afraid to speak up and ask peers and superiors questions in order to ensure the broader team produces high quality work. Thanks to your intensely creative, “out‑of‑the‑box” thinking, you are able to design and build innovative data‑driven solutions, user‑friendly templates, tools and dashboards, as well as high value presentations, which makes you a great asset to the team.
Strong project management skills are a necessity, as are demonstrable advanced Excel skills (in‑cluding VBA) and Tableau skills. Experience with Python, SQL or other programming languages would be a great plus to be successful in the role, as would experience with database management, automation tools and / or survey tools.
Working Conditions
Education : Preferable Bachelor's Degree in Data Management
Experience : 5 years minimum
