Senior Industrial Engineer

Job Overview

We are seeking a highly motivated and hands-on Engineer / Senior Engineer to take ownership of our specialized production equipment. This role is critical in ensuring that machines are operating at optimal performance with minimal downtime. The ideal candidate will be responsible for preventive maintenance, troubleshooting, spare parts management and direct liaison with customers and suppliers in regards to equipment downtimes.

Key Responsibilities

• Perform preventive and corrective maintenance on unique in-house production equipment, including systems with hydraulics, pneumatics, chillers, gears, actuators, control systems, heated platen, ultrasonic, RHCM, and related technologies.
• Troubleshoot and repair both mechanical and electrical failures promptly to restore equipment functionality.
• Manage and control spare parts inventory to ensure availability of critical replacement parts.
• Liaise with customers on purchase orders (POs) and coordinate with suppliers for on-site support, spare parts, and replacement components.
• Maintain comprehensive documentation of maintenance activities, equipment history, and preventive maintenance schedules.
• Conduct training sessions for new operators and technicians on proper equipment handling and troubleshooting.
• Ensure compliance with company safety standards and best practices in machine operation and maintenance.
• Support continuous improvement initiatives to increase machine reliability and efficiency.
