The Event Executive is responsible for planning, coordinating, and executing events to ensure they run smoothly and achieve desired outcomes. This role involves working closely with clients, vendors, and internal teams to deliver high-quality events that align with company objectives and client expectations.
- Plan, organize, and execute corporate and promotional events (e.g., conferences, exhibitions, product launches, company activities).
- Liaise with clients to understand requirements and provide professional event solutions.
- Coordinate with suppliers, vendors, and stakeholders to ensure timely delivery of services.
- Assist in preparing event proposals, quotation, budgets, and timelines.
- Manage event logistics, including venue setup, catering, audio-visual, and registration.
- Oversee on-site event operations to ensure smooth execution.
- Handle post-event tasks including feedback collection, reporting, and financial reconciliation.
- Support marketing activities related to event promotion, publicity, and branding.
- Maintain strong relationships with clients and vendors for future opportunities.
- Stay updated on industry trends and innovative event ideas.
- Develop and maintain a filing system
- Generate reports
- Organize travel arrangements
- Handle sensitive information in a confidential manner
- Able to Operate Microsoft Office – Words & excel
