Color Mixing Operator / Ink Dispenser Operator
Responsible for operating and monitoring automated ink dispensing equipment to prepare inks according to job specifications. Responsible to manually weigh and mix inks when required to achieve precise color formulations. Responsible for adjusting formulations to address specific print job requirements. Responsible for performing routine checks to ensure ink viscosity, color accuracy, and quality meet production standards. Responsible to conduct spot tests and calibrate dispensing equipment for optimal performance. Responsible to recycle the balance mix ink. Responsible to prepare balance mix ink based on job sheets request to printing section for daily process. Responsible for collecting and weight all the balance mix ink after mass production from the printing section daily. Responsible for maintaining accurate records of ink usage, formulations, and batch numbers. Responsible for ensuring the practice of 6S is fully implemented in the ink dispenser area all the time. Responsible for troubleshooting and report equipment malfunctions or breakdowns promptly. To undertake any other jobs directed by superior from time to time.

Qualifications
ACADEMY REQUIREMENT : Candidate must possess at least SPM level.EXPERIENCE / SKILL REQUIREMENT :Minimum 2 years’ experience in relevant positions in the same field.
Experience of 2 years in the flexible packaging printing industry is an added advantage.Basic understanding of color theory and ink properties is an added advantage.Ability to perform work under pressure and work overtime or shift work.Possess good communication skills.Self-starter, versatile and able to work cross-functionally.Capable to speak and write in English, Malay or Chinese.Must be computer literate.A responsible, reliable and duty conscious person.Possess a positive work attitude.Have a positive attitude, team orientated and flexible.#J-18808-Ljbffr
