Engineer (Data Center Infrastructure)

Penerangan pekerjaanBachelors degree in Electrical Engineering, Mechanical Engineering, or related field. 3+ years experience in data center or electrical infrastructure design, preferably in a pre-sales or technical solution role. Strong knowledge of power systems (UPS, Busway, PDU), Cooling concepts, containment solutions, and rack / cable management. Proficiency in AutoCAD, Visio, or similar design tools is a plus. Excellent communication and presentation skills. Ability to work independently and manage multiple projects simultaneously.
Key Responsibilities
- Work closely with the sales team to understand client requirements and propose appropriate Data Center infrastructure solutions.
- Provide detailed technical support and product recommendations during the pre-sales process.
- Prepare technical documentation, system architecture diagrams, BOQ (Bill of Quantity), and proposals.
- Customize solutions involving UPS, PDU, Track Busway, Racks, Containment Systems, and cable management according to project requirements.
- Collaborate with vendors and internal teams to ensure compatibility and integration of offered products.
- Conduct customer presentations, product demos, and technical workshops.
- Stay updated on industry trends, standards, and emerging technologies related to data center infrastructure.
