  • Lead a team of warehouse staff, including training, coaching, and performance management.
  • Oversee daily warehouse operations, including receiving, storage, picking, and shipping of products.
  • Ensure compliance with food safety and quality management systems, including HACCP and ISO standards, in all warehouse operations.
  • Manage inventory levels, including regular cycle counts, and ensure accurate and timely reporting of inventory levels to management.
  • Coordinate with production and purchasing teams to ensure accurate and timely delivery of products to meet customer demand.
  • Maintain a safe working environment for all warehouse staff by enforcing safety policies and procedures and conducting regular safety training.
  • Assist with the maintenance and repair of warehouse equipment, including forklifts and pallet jacks.
  • Continuously improve warehouse processes to increase efficiency, accuracy, and customer satisfaction.
  • Prepare and present warehouse performance reports to senior management.
  • Providing reliable and effective warehouse services to support sales related and back-end activities of the company.
  • Managing the loading operation and lead the loading team.
  • Ensuring all warehouse equipment are being maintained and kept at designed locations.

    Pay : RM1, RM2,000.00 per month
