Penerangan pekerjaanDevelop and maintain production schedules to meet customer demand and optimize capacity utilization. Manage final process capacity planning and to ensure production plans align with the available resources and production capabilities. Collaborate with procurement teams to ensure timely availability of raw materials and supplies needed for Final production. Monitor Final Packout production and identify potential issues or bottlenecks that may impact production schedules, and work with relevant teams to develop and implement solutions. Lead Daily Production Commitment meetings to review and adjust schedules based on changing demands or constraints. Use production data to analyze and identify areas for improvement and implement continuous improvement initiatives to optimize production processes and reduce over production. Monitor inventory levels and work with inventory management teams to optimize inventory levels while minimizing waste. Develop and track Final production metrics and KPIs, regular updates and reports to management on production planning activities against goals and identify areas for improvement. Deliver leadership and guidance to production planning teams to ensure the necessary resources, training, and support to meet production goals and objectives. Staying up-to-date with industry trends, technology advancements, and best practices in production planning to maintain a competitive edge. Min Diploma / Degree Holder : At least 2-3 years of working experience in production planning, inventory management, or a related field. Experience working with manufacturing processes and production scheduling. Experience with data analysis and interpretation, including trend analysis. Knowledge of supply chain management concepts and practices. Experience working in a fast-paced, deadline-driven environment. Ability to manage multiple priorities and adapt to changing business needs.
JOB SUMMARY
- Responsible for managing and coordinating production schedules, materials, and inventory levels to ensure production targets are met efficiently and cost-effectively. work closely with production teams and other departments to ensure customer requirements are fulfilled while maintaining high standards of quality and productivity in process.
