Penerangan pekerjaanWork on multiple client engagement teams within the practice Evaluate the client's current governance, risk, and control processes, identifying opportunities to mitigate risks and enhance process efficiency, effectiveness, and business performance Plan and conduct risk assessments, control evaluations, and other procedures to articulate the value proposition and envision the future state Deliver quality client services consistently and manage client service delivery expectations Produce high-quality work products within the expected timeframes Stay abreast of current business and industry trends relevant to the client's business, assess and understand the implications for client's business, with the aim of developing and maintaining long-term client relationships and networks Acquire in-depth business knowledge and demonstrate the ability to quickly integrate new information. Gain a comprehensive understanding of EY and its service lines, stay updated on new developments in consulting capabilities, and foster relationships with team members across all EY practices to meet client needs. A team player with strong communication and interpersonal skills Proactive, dedicated, innovative, resourceful, analytical and able to work under pressure Good command of spoken and written English Strong drive to excel professionally Strong leadership qualities and a good record of extra-curricular activities Strong analytical and problem-solving skills You have an agile, growth-oriented mindset.
