Base pay range

This range is provided by CardBiz Group of Companies. Your actual pay will be based on your skills and experience — talk with your recruiter to learn more.

Responsibilities

  • Provide technical assistance and support for incoming queries.
  • Provide hands-on technical support and POS terminal training to clients.
  • Load and configure software for POS terminals.
  • Install POS terminals and provide on-site support at customer locations.
  • Troubleshoot and repair POS terminals as required.
  • Undertake special duties as assigned by a superior.
  • Able to work shifts, overtime, weekends or public holidays if required.

Qualifications

  • Must possess own transport.
  • At least SPM, Diploma, or Professional Certificate in IT, Engineering or equivalent.
  • Fresh graduates are encouraged to apply.
  • Well-disciplined with right attitude.
  • Good interpersonal skills to work collaboratively with the team.
  • Knowledge of POS terminals is an added advantage.
  • POS terminal training will be provided.
  • Applicants should be Malaysian citizens or hold relevant residence status.
  • Able to converse in English and Bahasa Malaysia.
