Responsibilities

  • Record Keeping - Maintain and organize office record, document, and databases.
  • Communication - Handle incoming and outgoing correspondence, email, and phone calls, acting as a point contact for queries.
  • Scheduling - Assist in scheduling meetings, appointments, and travel arrangements for staff.
  • Report & Presentations - Prepare various administrative documents, reports, and presentations as needed.
  • Supplies & Equipment - Manage office and pantry supplies, monitor inventory, and ensure necessary equipment is maintained and functional.
  • Vendor Management - Coordinate with vendors and service providers for office needs, including utilities and other services.
  • Payment - Process and manage office-related payments, including bills and invoices, ensuring compliance with policies.

Qualifications

  • Education - A Diploma in Business Administration, Office Management or related field is often required. - SPM
  • Experience - 1 year of administrative or clerical experience is standard, with a preference for prior experience within plantation.
