Responsibilities

• Oversee daily clinic operations to ensure efficiency and quality service.
• Supervise, train, and motivate clinic staff.
• Arrange and manage staff roster, ensuring adequate coverage.
• Manage scheduling, patient flow, and customer service.
• Handle billing, claims, and financial monitoring.
• Ensure compliance with MOH regulations and clinic policies.
• Maintain inventory of medical supplies and equipment.
• Implement operational SOPs and quality improvements.
• Support business development and marketing activities.
