Key Responsibilities
1. Social Media Visual Content Production
- Design social media graphics (posts, stories, thumbnails, templates)
Take video for short-form contents
Edit short-form videos (TikTok / Reels)
Ensure all content aligns with brand guidelines and tone
2. Social Media Strategy & Execution
Plan monthly social media calendar across IG, TikTok, XiaoHongShu, FBWork with Marketing Executive to understand content briefsSuggest creative directions for online campaigns
Research content trends and apply platform-specific strategies
Write content briefs, captions, and visual directions
Coordinate photo / video shoots with internal team and talents
Ensure timely publishing and consistent brand voice
Track social media content performances and provide monthly social media reportsSocial media ads allocationReplying to DMs and comments on all Social Media platforms3. Other design related job scope
Assist in preparing in-store visuals for event promotions, signage, posters and others event related materials.
Support basic product and packaging design when needed
Requirements
1–3 years experience in visual design and / or video editingProficient in Adobe Illustrator, Photoshop, CanvaIntermediate video editing skills (CapCut or Premiere Pro)Good eye for layout, color, and design for youth digital cultureStrong time management and responsivenessBonus : Familiar with KOL or influencer content formatsPreferred Personality
