Role Summary
We are looking for a results-driven and brand-savvy Manager, Business Development to spearhead our client acquisition efforts, particularly in the Fashion Retails and F&B sectors. The ideal candidate will have a strong network within branded retail or property leasing and be able to identify potential clients for interior design, fit-out and renovation projects. This role combines strategic sales with a strong emphasis on client engagement, branding needs and market positioning.
Key Responsibilities
- Identify and approach branded retail, F&B and commercial clients for interior fit-out and design opportunities.
- Develop strategic business plans to grow client base and meet revenue targets.
- Build and maintain strong relationships with key decision-makers including brand managers, leasing teams and property owners.
- Understand client brand identity and translate it into design and fit-out proposals aligned with their retail concept.
- Collaborate with internal teams (project, design, procurement and finance) to develop compelling and competitive project proposals.
- Represent Pro Art Management in industry events, retail leasing expos and networking sessions.
- Conduct competitor analysis and market research to identify growth trends and client needs.
- Lead project pitch presentations and coordinate negotiation of terms to close deals.
- Provide regular sales forecasts, pipeline updates and market insights to management.
Requirements & Qualifications
Bachelor's degree in Business, Marketing, Architecture, Interior Design, Real Estate or related discipline.Minimum 5 years of experience in business development, client acquisition or retail leasing, preferably in interior design, construction or branded retail sectors.Strong network of fashion, lifestyle and F&B brands, leasing managers and property developers.Demonstrated success in securing branded clients and managing projects from pitch to closure.Excellent communication, interpersonal and negotiation skills.Strong understanding of brand identity, retail environments and design implementation.High commercial acumen with ability to align design solutions with brand strategy.Proficiency in Microsoft Office and familiarity with AutoCAD is a plus.Job Types : Full-time, Permanent
