Manager / Senior Manager, Business Development

Role Summary

We are looking for a results-driven and brand-savvy Manager, Business Development to spearhead our client acquisition efforts, particularly in the Fashion Retails and F&B sectors. The ideal candidate will have a strong network within branded retail or property leasing and be able to identify potential clients for interior design, fit-out and renovation projects. This role combines strategic sales with a strong emphasis on client engagement, branding needs and market positioning.

Key Responsibilities

• Identify and approach branded retail, F&B and commercial clients for interior fit-out and design opportunities.
• Develop strategic business plans to grow client base and meet revenue targets.
• Build and maintain strong relationships with key decision-makers including brand managers, leasing teams and property owners.
• Understand client brand identity and translate it into design and fit-out proposals aligned with their retail concept.
• Collaborate with internal teams (project, design, procurement and finance) to develop compelling and competitive project proposals.
• Represent Pro Art Management in industry events, retail leasing expos and networking sessions.
• Conduct competitor analysis and market research to identify growth trends and client needs.
• Lead project pitch presentations and coordinate negotiation of terms to close deals.
• Provide regular sales forecasts, pipeline updates and market insights to management.
