Sr. Management Executive, Procurement Excellence & Operations

Procurement Operations

  • Identify opportunities, execution and implementation of the overall Procurement ERP and Digital Enhancement with aim to improve efficiency and effectiveness of Procurement Operations
  • Develop Software Applications System (“apps”) using Microsoft Office 365 and other development platform / tools or liaise with third-party suppliers / vendors for digitization of manual business and operations processes where possible.
  • Perform user acceptance testing for ERP & digital enhancements and further enhance the systems according to the feedback received.
  • Perform troubleshooting for developed applications, fixes bugs and errors, to minimize disruption to applications dependent business activities and user productivity.
  • Create and maintenance of Item Master to ensure structured and streamlined item master as well as creation of item master in a timely manner
  • Perform data extraction, report creation, and analyze system for ERP solutions.
  • First line of support on Procurement data related issues
  • Interact with technical support team on issues requiring technical assistance requests for ERP systems.
  • Assist team member for any matter related to Procurement as and when required

Continuous Improvement

  • Support engagement activities with Procurement stakeholders and related functions (i.e Finance) to understand current pain points in processes and systems to define the requirements for future enhancements to ERP (i.e prepare materials for discussion sessions, participate in discussions etc.)
  • Support change management initiatives for ERP related enhancement initiatives (i.e preparation of discussion / roadshows materials, logistics etc.)
  • Assist Head of Unit to prepare reports as and when required.
  • Compile, monitor and update respective KPI’s to ensure work progress is on track.
  • Perform administrative and clerical tasks to support Head of Unit as and when required.

    • Job Requirement

  • Preferably a Degree in Information Technology, Computer Science or Software / System Engineering / Engineering Statistics, Applied Mathematics, Operations Research, Computer Science, Engineering & Economics, or related discipline
  • Preferably 2-3 years’ experience with procurement operations, ERP and / or any e-Procurement system or fresh graduate
