Responsibilities
- Develop, optimize, and implement standard operating procedures for all stores, including beverage preparation, customer service, hygiene and safety, and inventory management.
- Monitor daily operational data such as sales volume, traffic counting, per customer transaction, cost, and analyze problems to propose improvement plans.
- Responsible for achieving sales targets and profit indicators within the region (KPIs include sales volume, profit margin, cost ratio, etc.).
- Collaborate closely with the procurement and supply chain teams to optimize inventory levels and ensure the quality and stable supply of raw materials.
- Collaborate with the marketing team to plan and execute localized promotional activities and brand events targeting the MY market.
Job Requirements
Bachelor’s degree or above, preference given to majors in business management, catering management, or related fields.At least 5 years of operational management experience in the catering, tea beverage, or fast‑moving consumer goods industry, with at least 3 years in regional or multi‑store management positions.English as working language.Proficient in using tools such as Excel for data analysis to drive decision‑making.In‑depth understanding of the MY market and strong passion for the tea beverage industry.Seniority level
