WAREHOUSE & LOGISTICS EXECUTIVE

RESPONSIBILITIES :

Monitor the flow for overall stock movement (in / out / transfer) for the entire warehouse.
Assist in daily warehouse activities and maintain a proper inventory system.
Ensure stock is well organized and easy to access for stock monitoring.
Ensure packed items are securely delivered from the warehouse.
Implement and monitor improvements on store layout, tracking, and identification of inventories for easy retrieval and recording.
Ensure goods received from branches and suppliers are in good order and condition.
Inspect for defects and / or damaged stock, and report to superior.
Maintain an effective filing system.
Ensure that overall operations comply with ISO 9001 : 2008.
Actively participate in the implementation of the company management system ISO 9001.
Work jointly with superiors to ensure departmental objectives are achieved.
Coordinate work between sales, warehouse, logistics, and other relevant departments.
Maintain safety, cleanliness, and tidiness of the warehouse at all times.
Supervise storekeepers’ daily duties.
Perform any other duties as assigned by the superior from time to time.

REQUIREMENTS :

Candidate must possess at least SPM and above.

2 years of related working experience in the field is an advantage.

Able to speak and write in English, Bahasa Malaysia, and Chinese (Mandarin or Cantonese).

Computer literate and proficient in Microsoft Word, Excel, and PowerPoint.

Able to establish and maintain healthy working relationships.

Self-motivated with initiative, positive working attitude, and able to handle multiple tasks independently.

Able to work under pressure to meet tight deadlines with minimum supervision.

Willing to work overtime as required.

Applicant must be willing to work in Kota Kemuning, Shah Alam.
