Monitoring market trends and consumer behaviour to identify opportunities and potential areas for product improvement or expansion.
Agencies / Vendor Management
Engaging with creative agencies, media agencies, external suppliers, manufacturers, and vendors to ensure timely and quality implementation of ATL program from mass media to digital media and BTL programs from POSM / GWP production for ongoing campaigns.
Data Analysis
Analyzing sales data, customer feedback, and market research to make data-driven decisions and continuously improve product performance.
Budget Management
Assisting in developing and managing budgets related to product development, marketing, and other associated activities.
Sales and Promoter team Support
Providing sales and promoter teams with the necessary product knowledge, training, and marketing materials to effectively promote and sell the products.
Cross-Functional Collaboration
Collaborating with various departments such as sales, media, research and development, manufacturing and supply chain to ensure seamless product development and campaign execution.
