Overview
We are seeking an experienced risk manager to join our TPRM Risk Oversight team. This is a 1LOD role within the CIB Conduct & Control department, reporting to Head, CIB TPRM, ensuring governance and controls over third-party relationships across our footprints. The successful candidate will enhance awareness around TPRM governance frameworks, develop management information, and develop risk mitigation strategies.

Responsibilities
- Support the interpretation of changes in Regulations, Policies and Standards with nexus to TPRM and Outsourcing
- Ensure compliance with Bank Policies and procedures, continuously working with 2LOD and the business
- Continuously help to evaluate and identify TP risk implications of business strategies and programmes, and provide guidance on risk remediation actions
- Support standardisation and best practice across CIB by working closely with the TPRM Leads
- Closely collaborate with Business Continuity and Resilience stakeholders to ensure effective governance over actions required to meet resilience regulation milestones

Assess emerging risks and propose enhancements to processes, controls, and monitoring mechanismsSupport pan-CIB actions such as risk assessments, treatment plan implementation and execution and remediation initiativesOversee risk reporting and dashboards to provide senior management with clear visibility on third-party risks and trendsDrive continuous improvement in TPRM reporting, leveraging analytics and automation where possibleGovernance
Raise awareness on TPRM and provide subject matter expertise to countries and clustersAct as a trusted advisor to business units, helping them navigate third-party risk exposure and implement effective risk mitigation strategiesCollaborate with senior stakeholders across business, compliance, legal, and OTCR to drive a risk-aware cultureSkills and Experience
Qualifications
Bachelor’s degree from a recognized university (advanced degree or relevant certifications in risk management preferably).
