Penerangan pekerjaanDiploma or Bachelor’s Degree in Business Administration, Operations Management, Supply Chain, or a related field. At least 2–3 years of experience in operations, logistics coordination, or customer service support. Proficiency in Microsoft Dynamics 365 Business Central or similar ERP systems is preferred. Bilingual in English and Mandarin to converse with Mandarin speaking associates.
Operations Executive (Logistics / Shipping / Proficiency in ERP Systems)
Location : PJ Uptown, Selangor, Malaysia
Working hours : Monday – Friday 9am – 6pm
Salary : Up to RM5000 + Performance Bonus + 14 Days Annual Leave
Duration : Permanent
Industry : Tyres / Automotive
Responsibilities
- Order & System Management : Processing orders and maintaining data accuracy within Microsoft Dynamics 365.
- Coordination : Liaising with customers, logistics partners, and internal teams to monitor shipments and resolve issues.
- Process Support : Assisting with implementing SOPs, monitoring inventory, and contributing to continuous improvement projects.
- General Assistance : Handling customer follow-ups and completing ad-hoc tasks as directed.
