is growing! We are looking for Mechanics to join us in growing our garage retail stores. This role involves conducting routine service tasks, performing detailed mechanical and electrical diagnostics and installing motorbikes parts. This role will also interact with customers to explain issues and recommend parts and accessories, ensuring positive customer experience. Responsibilities

Installation of motorcycle accessories (suspension, sports rim, foot rest system etc), inside engine and exhaust systems. Follow manufacturer guidelines and specifications to ensure proper installation and functionality of accessories. Inspect motorcycles for any pre-existing damage and inform customers of any necessary repairs or replacements. Communicate effectively with customers to understand their accessory preferences and provide recommendations when necessary. Maintain a clean and organized work area, ensuring that tools and equipment are properly utilized and stored. Assist in maintaining inventory levels of accessories and parts, notifying management when supplies need to be replenished. Provide excellent customer service by addressing any concerns or questions related to accessory installation and motorcycle customization. Any other ad-hoc and / or tasks required by the Management / superior. Requirements

A passion for motorcycles and a commitment to delivering exceptional customer service. Min SPM / Diploma in Automotive Engineering or relevant field. Previous experience working with motorcycles or automotive mechanics is preferred. Basic knowledge of motorcycle parts and accessories. Strong mechanical aptitude with the ability to use hand and power tools effectively. Excellent attention to detail and the ability to follow instructions accurately. Good communication skills, both verbal and written. Willingness to learn and take on new challenges in the field of motorcycle mechanics. Additional info

We are hiring for Mechanics to be based in Shah Alam, Puncak Alam and Saujana Utama. This is a 6-day work week, 9am to 6pm. Our lunch break is from 1pm to 2pm.
