Responsibilities
- Report to the Senior Facility Manager and oversee daily / routine operation and maintenance activities of utilities equipment / systems, including Low and High Voltage Electrical System, Grid-Connected PV, Compressed Dried Air, Cooling Tower, Chiller, Heat Recovery Hot Water System, Plant Wide Air Conditioning System, Cooling / Chilled Water System, City Water Supply System, Fire Protection System, Scrubber System, with upgrading, improvement and plant expansion projects.
- Manage, operate and analyze Building Management System (BMS).
- Perform, lead and supervise effective and efficient preventive and predictive maintenance; conduct trouble shooting and implement preventive, corrective and mitigation actions.
- Schedule work orders from other departments, plan equipment / system operation and inspections.
- Conduct economic analysis and improvements in operation of various utilities equipment to achieve cost savings.
- Drive and conduct energy and utilities cost-saving / efficiency projects.
- Lead Facility Operations & Maintenance technicians on safety and health aspects.
- Manage appointed contractors and ensure compliance with Safety Procedures.
- Liaise with authorities and regulatory bodies (e.g., TNB, BOMBA, ST, PBAPP, DOE, MBSP, KPDHEP, DOSH) to achieve utilities equipment compliance and utility services provider status.
- Meet internal, external and customer requirements / audits.
- Other job responsibilities as assigned by management.

Degree in Facilities Management or Electrical Engineering / Technology or Mechanical Engineering / Technology or related disciplineWorking Experience Requirements
Minimum 5 years working experience in Facilities Operations & Maintenance or relatedPCB factory facility or related experience preferred but not mandatorySkill & Knowledge Requirements
