Penerangan pekerjaanBachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Commerce, Accounting, Finance, or a related field. Fresh graduate with a minimum CGPA of 3.0 are encouraged to apply or 1–2 yrs experience in Sales Operations Coordinator role. MNC experience would be a plus point. Proficiency in Mandarin is an added advantage. Specific technical / soft skills : Excel, Power Point. Prefer local candidates.

Responsibilities
- Prepare and process sales quotations, pricing proposals, and purchase orders.
- Maintain accurate records of customer orders, pricing, and delivery schedules.
- Update CRM or ERP systems with sales data & warranty claim data.
- Assist in preparing sales reports, forecasts, and performance summaries.
- Act as a liaison between sales teams, customers, and internal departments (e.g. logistics, finance, technical).
- Handle customer inquiries, follow up on orders, and resolve basic issues promptly.
- Ensure timely communication of order status, product availability, and delivery schedules.
- Contribute to process improvements for smoother sales operations.
