Job Description

1) Lead generation :

Conduct market research to identify companies that need staffing services and use cold outreach (calls, emails, social media) to generate new leads.

2) Lead qualification :

Engage with prospects to understand their hiring needs and challenges, and determine if they are a good fit for the agency's services.

3) Sales pipeline management :

Maintain a database of leads and prospects, track their progress using and provide timely follow-up.

4) Meeting and presentation scheduling :

Set up meetings and presentations between qualified prospects and the agency's account executives or recruiters.

5) Collaboration :

Work closely with the sales and marketing teams to coordinate efforts, refine strategies, and ensure smooth transitions for leads.

6) Market intelligence :

Stay informed about industry trends, competitor activities, and the agency's own service offerings.

Required skills

  • Communication : Excellent verbal and written communication skills to engage prospects and explain the agency's value proposition.
  • Sales skills : Experience with cold outreach techniques (calls and emails) and the ability to build rapport with potential clients.
  • Organizational skills : Strong time management and organizational abilities to manage a pipeline of leads and meet targets.
  • Technical skills : Proficiency with sales tools, as well as familiarity with sales performance metrics.
  • Proactive and results‑oriented : A self‑starter with a proven track record of achieving sales quotas or targets.
  • Industry knowledge : Familiarity with the recruitment industry is a plus, including understanding client challenges related to hiring and talent acquisition.
