Finance Executive

Assist the Manager in preparing reports and presentation slides for Board and Management meetings.
Prepare documentation and liaise with relevant parties for financing and reimbursement processes.
Support financial analysis and valuation exercises for investment or strategic decisions.
Maintain relationships and coordinate with banks and financial institutions regarding loan agreements, compliance, and drawdowns.
Prepare the Annual Operating Plan (AOP).
Assist in the preparation of company cash flows for financing purposes.

Qualifications

Bachelor's Degree in Finance, Accounting, Economics, or a related discipline.

Minimum 4 years of experience in Corporate Finance, Financial Planning & Analysis (FP&A), or related finance roles.

Hands‑on experience in preparing financial reports, board materials, and budgeting.

Professional certification (or progress towards) such as ACCA, CPA, CFA, or CIMA is an advantage.

Understanding of financial statements, corporate finance principles, and cash flow management.

Proficiency in Microsoft Office, especially Excel (pivot tables, formulas, charts) and PowerPoint (for Board presentations).

Familiarity with accounting software.

Attention to detail, time management, and the ability to manage multiple priorities under deadlines.

Excellent communication and interpersonal skills for cross‑functional collaboration and external liaison.
