Overview

Salary : RM3,000 – RM4,500 (based on qualifications and experience)

Job Summary :

We are seeking a motivated and detail-oriented Process Engineer to join our growing team in Bayan Lepas. You will be responsible for developing, optimizing, and improving manufacturing processes to ensure high-quality production efficiency and cost-effectiveness.

Responsibilities

Analyze, develop, and implement process improvements to increase efficiency and reduce production costs.
Troubleshoot process-related issues and implement corrective actions.
Collaborate with cross-functional teams including production, quality, and maintenance.
Monitor and report on key performance indicators (KPIs).
Ensure all processes comply with health, safety, and environmental regulations.
Conduct time studies and capacity analysis as needed.
Support new product introductions and process validation.

Requirements

Bachelor’s Degree in Engineering (Mechanical, Manufacturing, or related fields).

Fresh graduates are encouraged to apply; 1–2 years of experience in a manufacturing environment is an advantage.

Strong problem-solving and analytical skills.

Good communication and teamwork abilities.

Proficient in Microsoft Office and engineering tools (AutoCAD, SolidWorks, etc. is a plus).
