Key Responsibilities

  • Proactively source and contact new business prospects through cold outreach
  • Capture and manage lead information accurately in our CRM
  • Ensure compliance with AML and regulatory requirements

    Over the course of two days, you’ll :

  • Learn how Melbourne Capital Group supports high-net-worth clients across Asia
  • Gain exposure to tools and techniques used to identify and approach new prospects
  • Participate in interactive workshops focused on communication and positioning
  • Receive practical training in sales conversations and client introductions
  • Take part in a closing assessment to put your new skills to the test
  • Selected participants will be invited to return for a one-week shadowing experience with our advisory team. Candidates who demonstrate strong potential may receive a job offer to join as a Business Development Executive, with a structured pathway to become a licensed financial advisor.
