JOB RESPONSIBILITIES :

Database Administration & Maintenance : Maintain and monitor structured databases to ensure data integrity, security, and high availability. Implement best practices for data governance, backup, and disaster recovery.
Data Integration : Integrate and harmonize data from multiple internal and external sources. Ensure consistency, quality, and accessibility of data across platforms.
Analytics & Reporting Enablement : Prepare clean, structured datasets to support business reporting and analytical insights. Partner with analytics teams to enable real-time and ad hoc reporting.
Data Tools & Platform Oversight : Manage and optimize data tools and platforms. Ensure tools align with business goals and evolving technology trends.
Cross-Functional Collaboration : Act as a liaison between digital marketing and client relationship and other stakeholders. Translate business needs into scalable data solutions and contribute to strategic data initiatives.
Performance Optimization : Tune queries and data pipelines for optimal speed, efficiency, and scalability. Proactively address data performance bottlenecks and system issues.

JOB REQUIREMENTS :

Minimum 3-5 years of hands-on experience in data management or business intelligence.

Familiarity with modern BI platforms (e.g., Power BI, Tableau)

Strong analytical and problem-solving skills with high attention to detail.

Proven ability to work effectively in fast-paced, cross-functional teams.

Excellent communication and documentation skills.

OTHER INFORMATION :

Office Location : Ampang (accessible with public transport)

Working Hours : Monday to Friday, 9am to 5.30pm (Hybrid applicable upon confirmation of employment)
