Company Secretarial Assistant Manager / Manager

What You'll Do

  • Lead corporate compliance by ensuring full adherence to Companies Act 2016 and other regulatory requirements
  • Manage client relationships and serve as primary point of contact for secretarial matters
  • Prepare and review board resolutions, statutory documents and regulatory filings
  • Coordinate meetings including AGMs, EGMs and Board Meetings from preparation to minute taking
  • Liaise with authorities including SSM, Bursa Malaysia, and other regulatory bodies
  • Mentor junior staff and contribute to team development
  • Handle special projects as assigned by senior management

What We're Looking For

  • Bachelor's degree in Law, Business Administration, Finance & Accounting or related field
  • 3+ years of hands-on corporate secretarial experience
  • Strong knowledge of Companies Act 2016 and Malaysian corporate law
  • Excellent English communication skills (written and verbal)
  • Proficiency in MS Office and corporate secretarial software
  • Detail-oriented with strong organizational skills
  • Preferred :
  • ICSA or similar professional qualification
  • Mandarin proficiency for enhanced client service
  • Leadership or supervisory experience
