This is a full-time on-site role for a Service Crew member located in WP. Kuala Lumpur. The Service Crew member will be responsible for providing excellent customer service, taking and processing orders, preparing and serving food and beverages, maintaining cleanliness and hygiene standards, and ensuring a welcoming environment for customers. Additional tasks may include stocking supplies, handling cash transactions, and assisting with inventory management.

• Ability to maintain cleanliness and hygiene standard
• Strong teamwork and collaboration skills
• Ability to work in a fast-paced environment
• Flexibility to work shifts, including weekends and public holidays
• Previous experience in the food and beverage industry is a plus
