Mental Health Coach (SG)

Penerangan pekerjaanMasters in Clinical Psychology, and; Registered with Singapore Psychological Society (SPS), with valid registration. Have minimum 3 years of working experience with adult clients from various backgrounds and different health conditions including physical chronic diseases such as obese, high blood pressure, high cholesterol and diabetic; Have experience with EAP would be an added bonus; Keen interest in the application of digital technology; Passionate or willing to learn about healthy living, motivational interviewing, and; interdisciplinary health care; Fluent in both spoken and written English and Malay; Mandarin would be an added bonus. Respond promptly to member inquiries via text-based coaching within the stipulated response time. Provide evidence-based mental health strategies to support behavioural change. Monitor member progress and offer personalized guidance to improve well-being. Work closely with dietitians, fitness coaches, medical professionals, and other experts to ensure holistic care for members. Cross-refer members to relevant Naluri services based on their needs, ensuring seamless access to mental health, nutrition, fitness, and medical coaching. Support member retention by fostering engagement and motivation within the Naluri ecosystem. Help members achieve measurable mental health and behavioural outcomes, tracking progress against defined goals. Participate in Naluri-organised projects, wellness programs, and corporate events. Contribute to mental health campaigns and engagement activities within the Naluri ecosystem. Able to start immediately. Part-time and flexible working hours. Continued education and training provided.

We're looking for a Clinical Psychologist or Counsellor to help our Naluri members achieve their healthiest and best selves. As part of the Coaching team, you'll be part of our mission to improve our consumers' mental and physical health via behaviour science, data science, and digital design.
Who we're looking for
Counsellors :
- Minimum Postgrad Diploma, and;
- Achieved 600 hours of face-to-face counselling, and;
- Completed 60 hours clinical supervision, and;
- Registered with Singapore Association for Counselling (SAC), with full membership.
