Job Description

• Develop and implement strategies to foster a culture aligned with the company's core values and objectives.
• Collaborate with leadership to identify and address cultural challenges and opportunities.
• Design and execute programs that promote employee engagement and well-being.
• Oversee internal communication initiatives to ensure alignment with the company's culture.
• Act as a trusted advisor to senior management on cultural matters and organizational development.
• Monitor and evaluate the effectiveness of cultural initiatives and make improvements as needed.
• Lead diversity, equity, and inclusion initiatives to create an inclusive workplace.
• Ensure compliance with relevant HR policies and practices in the FMCG sector.

The Successful Applicant

A successful Head of Culture should have :

• A degree in Human Resources, Organizational Development, or a related field.
• Proven experience in leading cultural initiatives within the FMCG industry or a similar sector.
• Strong understanding of organizational development and change management principles.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills to engage with employees at all levels.
• A collaborative mindset with a focus on achieving positive outcomes.
• The ability to analyze data and metrics to assess cultural impact.
