RTR Manager (Migrations)

Overview

RTR Manager will lead the Record-to-Report (R2R) function within a Shared Service Centre, overseeing core accounting functions to ensure accurate financial reporting. This role is critical to upholding the financial integrity of operations in a dynamic manufacturing environment. The RTR Manager will provide strategic leadership across GL, Intercompany, and Fixed Assets to drive process operational excellence and continuous improvement. Responsibilities

Oversee the end-to-end Record-to-Report (R2R) process, ensuring accurate and timely financial reporting. Manage month-end and year-end close activities, including account reconciliations, journal entries, and necessary adjustments. Ensure adherence to local and international accounting standards, as well as regulatory compliance requirements. Partner with cross-functional teams to optimize accounting processes and drive operational efficiency. Analyze financial data to identify trends, variances, and opportunities for continuous improvement. Prepare comprehensive financial reports and insights for senior management and key stakeholders. Lead, mentor, and develop the accounting team to foster a high-performance culture. Support internal and external audits by providing accurate documentation and responding to inquiries promptly. Profile / Qualifications

A degree in Accounting, Finance, or a related field. Professional certifications such as CPA, ACCA, or equivalent are an advantage. Strong knowledge of accounting principles and regulatory standards. Proficiency in accounting software and ERP systems. Excellent analytical and problem-solving skills. Proven ability to manage and lead teams effectively.
