Responsibilities
- Conduct user audits on the company\'s risk control platform
- Monitor for and promptly respond to any abnormal transaction data, making judgments as necessary
- Continually learn about the platform\'s rules and enhance personal and professional skills
- Keep abreast of external competitors\' changes in risk control rules and provide suggestions based on current regulations
- At least 1 year of working experience in risk control / transaction monitoring / customer support
- Possess business sensitivity and awareness of risk
- Strong psychological quality with effective communication and judgment skills
- Strong logical thinking and data collection and analysis abilities
- Strict adherence to professional ethics and information security and confidentiality in daily work
- Proficiency in English and Chinese must be required
- Available to work on weekends and with rotated shifts between day and overnight shifts
