Job Responsibility

• Plan, execute, and optimize Google Ads, Meta Ads, and XHS campaigns to drive traffic and conversions.
• Manage and update the company website (WordPress) to ensure engaging content, smooth UX, and SEO optimization.
• Collaborate with the sales and creative teams to brainstorm and launch marketing campaigns that support lead generation and sales goals.
• Create and manage marketing content, including social media posts, visuals, short-form videos (Reels, XHS, YouTube Shorts), and website copy aligned with brand voice and campaign objectives.
• Research market trends and emerging digital strategies, keeping the company\'s marketing approach competitive within the IT / software sector.
• Track campaign performance (CTR, ROAS, CPC, conversion rates) and prepare regular reports for improvement.
• Analyze web traffic and ad performance to identify growth opportunities and data-driven decisions.
• Maintain consistent brand voice and creative storytelling across all digital touchpoints.
