Linen & Laundry Services PROTÉGÉ Graduate Trainee (Start ASAP)

Your Role

Here’s what you will be doing :

• Assist and support operation monitoring of Linen & Laundry Services (LLS) at 33 Hospital Support Services (HSS) and Hospital Cyberjaya (HCJ) ensuring contractual compliance.
• Monitor and support implementation of Asset System Information Services (ASIS) and data entry for LLS.
• Coordinate and collaborate with regional hygiene teams to implement LLS activities according to approved programs / plans.
• Organise staff competency training in LLS per company requirements.
• Collaborate with Operations Excellence Department for data analysis on projects related to cost optimisation and linen inventory management.
• Analyse overtime for all LLS Supervisors / Porters at northern region hospitals.

About You

The company is looking for Bachelor's Degree in Facility Management, institutional / service hospitality, or equivalent.

Training & Development

The Graduate Trainee Program (GeT) under the PROTÉGÉ Program is a 9-12 month initiative combining career development training with practical on-the-job experience to build essential skills and workplace exposure.
