Join SITA’s SkyStar Program as a Graduate in the People Team, supporting HR operations across APAC and contributing to strategic HR initiatives. Your Role
Here’s what you will be doing : Provide administrative support to People Country Managers across APAC (excluding Delhi). Serve as the main point of contact for HR Operations concerning Employee Life Cycle, Governance and Compliance, and Strategic activities. Offer guidance and assistance to internal and external customers using knowledge of SITA’s processes, procedures, policies, and general HR principles. Participate in HR projects and program implementations under the supervision of the People Country Manager. Assist with APAC Geography People Strategic project initiatives aligned with business strategies. Ensure a positive employee experience throughout the entire Employee Life Cycle, from preboarding to offboarding. Monitor legislative changes affecting local HR policies, escalate relevant details, and assist in drafting policy updates. About You
