Job Responsibilities

Monitor road charge operations and traffic flow.

Ensure road toll fares are collected accurately and promptly.

Manage Electronic Road System (e.g. : RFID, SmartTag, etc.)

Supervising staffs, including

Hiring, training and managing booth attendants and plaza attendants.

Conducting performance evaluations and handling disciplinary actions.

Creating work schedule and managing shift coverage.

Reconcile toll fare collections and investigate discrepancies.

Handle escalated complaints and respond to public inquiries.

Enforce safety regulations for staffs and drivers.

Coordinate with relevant authorities or emergency services as required.

Job Requirements

Possess a Bachelor Degree in Mechanical / Electrical / Civil Engineering / Information Technology.

Minimum of 3 years' working experience in Road / Highway / Expressway operations.

Prior experience in Road / Highway / Expressway operations will be an added advantage.

Willing to based at Resorts World Genting, Pahang
