Responsible for the financial statements and regulatory submissions for the entire fund range. Submissions are monthly, semi-annual, and annual. Manage daily operations of the team. Implement and manage effective controls to maintain accurate records within Funds, identify and mitigate business risk. Ensure all audit and regulatory requirements are satisfied and service levels met; timely and accurate production and dispatch of Fund Pricing. Maintain overall departmental quality by delivering accurate financial statements and regulatory submissions by deadlines; be able to manage multiple funds and double-check fund work. Adhere to procedures and policies regarding confidentiality, operational processes, policy reviews, and periodic controls. Propose ideas to improve processes or reporting delivery accuracy and timeliness to reduce operational risk. Develop self and others through training and coaching; share knowledge with team members. Participate in group discussions and suggest enhancements to role and processes; support quality and productivity initiatives. Respond to queries promptly with proposed solutions within the agreed governance framework. Build productive relationships with internal departments and support cross-functional work within the Malaysia Client Operations Team. Qualifications and Experience

Starting date : 30 / 09 / 2025; Position with management : No; Minimum education : Bachelor Degree / BSc or equivalent; Training / specialization : Bachelor Degree. 1-2 years of experience. Financial reporting experience with understanding of the reporting process and knowledge of GAAP; leadership skills. Extensive experience in the financial industry with strong business acumen, including Fund Reporting and Regulatory environment. Good knowledge of Fund Industry, products and financial markets in general; knowledge of regulatory environments by geography. Strong technical knowledge in Financial Statements and Regulatory Reporting; knowledge of IFRS and country-specific standards. Good written and verbal communication skills; ability to use initiative and strong attention to detail. Good interpersonal and networking skills with sub-custodians and internal departments. Ability to work as part of a team or alone to achieve goals; strong organization and prioritization to meet deadlines; able to work under pressure. Understanding of escalation protocols at all times.
