About the Role

Responsible for accounting and reporting of Corporate Solution (“CS”) and AIA Health Services Sdn. Bhd. (“AHS”) in a timely manner in accordance to established accounting standard.

Roles and Responsibilities

• Responsible for preparing and ensure timely completion of monthly / quarterly / yearly reports, listings and management reports for CS business of AIA Bhd. and AHS.
• Responsible for accurate and timely submission of financial templates to Group Office on IFRS, Local Reporting Team for Bank Negara Submission and preparing the local statutory reports for AHS, including annual financial statements.
• Prepare monthly and quarterly reconciliation of accounts and investigate and resolve discrepancies.
• Perform reviews on variance analysis of the monthly financial results and proactive liaise with other departments to obtain information to substantiate the results.
• Implement initiatives to improve processes and collaborate across departments to ensure that new initiatives incorporate sound financial controls and efficient processes whilst meeting business need for responsible areas.
• Responsible to perform Project / System enhancement UAT for GL postings and Finance reports.
• Perform other responsibilities and duties periodically assigned by supervisor.
