Job Responsibilities

  • To prepare detailed technical presentation for management review.
  • To analyse product cost and prepare schedule plans for effective implementation of new model project.
  • To support the process application of vehicle approval liaise with authority.
  • To maintain, monitor and ensure highest quality in product by initiate inspection and evaluation together with QC team.
  • To collaborate with production team ensuring the workflow comply with SOP and regulation.
  • Responsible for supplier audits to ensure all parts and assemblies meet performance, delivery and reliability expectations according to product requirements.
  • Collaboration with suppliers to resolve supplier quality issue.
  • Complying to the agreed level of APQP and PPAP before the parts are shipped.
  • To make and maintain daily quality report.
  • Support other ad-hoc job as instructed.

Job Requirements

  • Minimum Diploma in Mechanical Engineering / Quality Assurance and its related field.
  • Experienced in automotive industry is an added advantage.
  • Basic knowledge of QA activities and quality system (ISO 9001 : 2015).
  • Strong knowledge of quality manufacturing processes, material and quality control protocols.
  • Good problem solving and communication skill.
  • Good documentation and able working with others.
  • Good spoken and written in English, work with Excel / PPT.
  • Excellent math, creativity and problem-solving skills.
  • Ability to work as a team and independently with minimal supervision.
  • Good communication skills.
  • Willing to learn attitude.

    Pay : RM3, RM4,500.00 per month
