Job descriptionMinimum Diploma in Mechanical Engineering / Quality Assurance and its related field. Experienced in automotive industry is an added advantage. Basic knowledge of QA activities and quality system (ISO 9001 : 2015). Strong knowledge of quality manufacturing processes, material and quality control protocols. Good problem solving and communication skill. Good documentation and able working with others. Good spoken and written in English, work with Excel / PPT. Excellent math, creativity and problem-solving skills. Ability to work as a team and independently with minimal supervision. Good communication skills. Willing to learn attitude. Job Responsibilities
- To prepare detailed technical presentation for management review.
- To analyse product cost and prepare schedule plans for effective implementation of new model project.
- To support the process application of vehicle approval liaise with authority.
- To maintain, monitor and ensure highest quality in product by initiate inspection and evaluation together with QC team.
- To collaborate with production team ensuring the workflow comply with SOP and regulation.
- Responsible for supplier audits to ensure all parts and assemblies meet performance, delivery and reliability expectations according to product requirements.
- Collaboration with suppliers to resolve supplier quality issue.
- Complying to the agreed level of APQP and PPAP before the parts are shipped.
- To make and maintain daily quality report.
- Support other ad-hoc job as instructed.
