Key Responsibilities

• Manage end‑to‑end post‑selection processes across SEA and ANZ, including offer creation, contract dispatch, pre‑employment checks, and candidate status updates.
• Coordinate onboarding administration such as document collection, system access setup, and scheduling of onboarding activities.
• Maintain accurate records and ensure timely handover to payroll, HRIS, and compliance teams.
• Liaise with client stakeholders to resolve onboarding blockers and ensure readiness for Day One.
• Identify process gaps and propose improvements to enhance candidate experience and operational efficiency.
• Ensure adherence to client SLAs, data privacy regulations, and local labor laws across supported markets.
