What You’ll Do
Manage enrolment to meet sales and retention goals.Build a supportive team culture that is positive and enjoyable.Lead staff onboarding, training, and mentorship to build a capable and motivated team.Develop plans to retain and grow qualified talent.Build trust with parents, address and resolve customer concerns effectively.Maintain strong communication between parents and coaches.Monitor and uphold students’ academic performance.Drive continuous improvement in teaching quality and curriculum delivery.Plan and run school events to strengthen parent and coach engagement.Develop growth strategies and track school performance.Perform other duties as assigned by the leadership team.Qualifications
A Bachelor’s degree in Education or a related fieldMinimum 2 years in a leadership role within early childhood educationExperience in team development, parent engagement and event planningStrong leadership skillsStrong communication and coordination skillsStrong problem-solving and conflict-resolution abilitiesExcellent planning and organizational skillsGood time management and able to multitaskStrong observation and self-reflection skillsEffective task execution and follow-through skillsCan handle stress and remain emotionally stableHigh sense of responsibility, dedication to the education profession and a commitment to fostering a supportive learning environment#J-18808-Ljbffr
