Job Description
Key Responsibilities :
- Support the company's budget, quarterly forecasts, and projections based on the company's 3 year direction.
- Develop financial models and perform scenario analysis to support business planning and strategic initiatives.
- Consolidate and analyze financial data from business units and various systems to provide insights into key business drivers, risks, and opportunities.
- Management Reporting :
- Prepare and present monthly management reports, dashboards, and variance analysis for CFO.
- Monitor KPI and provide commentaries on performances and recommend key improvement areas.
- Ensure timely and accurate delivery of reports and analysis to CFO.
- Business Partnering :
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to gather data, understand business drivers, and provide financial insights.
- Act as a business partner to business units, supporting decision-making with data-driven analysis.
- Process Improvement & Compliance :
- Identify opportunities to streamline reporting processes and improve efficiency through automation or system enhancements.
- Ensure compliance with corporate policies, accounting standards (e.g., IFRS or local GAAP), and internal controls.
- Support for External Reporting :
- Assist in the preparation of financial statements, board presentations, and investor materials.
- Coordinate with external auditors or advisors where necessary.
Required Skills :
Advanced proficiency in Microsoft Excel for financial modeling, data analysis, and reporting.Strong analytical, quantitative, and problem-solving skills.Excellent communication and presentation skills, with the ability to articulate complex financial information clearly to non-finance stakeholders.Proficiency with ERP systems (e.g., SAP, Oracle, NetSuite) and / or Business Intelligence (BI) tools (e.g., Power BI, Tableau) is highly desirable.Ability to work independently, manage multiple priorities, and meet tight deadlines.We are all different - one talent to another - that is how we rely on our differences.
