We are representing a well-known in the hospitality industry and as they are expanding, we are looking for HR Manager to be based in Sungai Long, Kajang.
Job Responsibilities :
- Develop and implement HR operational strategies to enhance efficiency, workforce productivity, and compliance with company goals.
- Establish, track, and manage staff KPIs and performance evaluation frameworks to align with company objectives.
- Lead the recruitment and talent acquisition strategy to attract, hire, and retain top talent.
- Work closely with department heads to identify manpower needs and hiring priorities to support business expansion.
- Implement innovative talent sourcing strategies, including employer branding, partnerships, and digital recruitment methods.
- Oversee payroll administration to ensure accurate and timely salary processing in compliance with statutory requirements.
- Drive employee engagement initiatives to enhance workplace culture and foster strong team collaboration.
Job Requirements :
Diploma or Bachelor's Degree in any field.Minimum 8 years of working experience in Human Resources Generalist where 3 years in managerial role.Strong expertise in KPI management, HR operations strategy, and recruitment strategy.Candidate have experience in leading a team will be added advantage.Able to read and write in English and Mandarin due to the business nature.Interested candidate may apply online or direct email your resume to Lydia(at) talentrecruit.com.my
