Company Background :

We are representing our client, a company engaged in marine aquaculture, wholesale of fish and seafood, and management activities of holding companies.

Location : Klang, Selangor
Working hours : Mon-Fri (8.30am-5.30pm)

Job Responsibilities :

Manage accounting, auditing, taxation and financing for the Company.

Monitor the day-to-day financial operations within the company and oversee the Finance Department.

Plan and coordinate all activities related to finance and administrative tasks such as financial reporting, budget preparation, etc., to ensure it is functioning smoothly and efficiently.

Establish the financial policies of the Company and review the costing system of the inventory.

Oversee cashflow management of the Company, to monitor payment and collection schedules to achieve efficiency in the cash management system.

Timely liaise with External Auditors, Tax Agents, Bankers, Company Secretaries and Statutory Department for related matters.

Ensure internal controls are in place and ensure compliance with regulatory laws and rules for financial, statutory, audit and tax reporting / requirements.

Requirements :

Candidate must possess a Bachelor's Degree in Accounting / Finance and / or a Professional qualification, e.g. ACCA, CIMA, CPA.

At least 5 Years of audit working experience in one of the reputable audit firms and / or at least 5 Years of accounting experience in a manufacturing environment.

Candidates who possess sound knowledge of manufacturing financial operations will have an added advantage.

Familiar with Accounting Software.

Possesses strong analytical and problem-solving skills.

Possesses excellent interpersonal skills to communicate confidently, effectively and diplomatically at all levels.

Ability to work under pressure and handle multiple tasks simultaneously and independently

Strong leadership and management skills.

Good written and verbal skills in English, Mandarin & Bahasa Malaysia.
