Maintain open communication with headquarter and formulate level HR strategies based on the group's overseas development strategy, while ensuring the implementation.
Diagnose and guide local HR management methods, continuously optimize management systems and standards, reducing management risks.
Ensure the legality and compliance of local HR business operations.
Set standard documents, processes, and regulations, establishing a local HR system to support business operations.
Build a local HR team, providing HR sharing services, coordinating local resources, and improving management efficiency and service quality.
Ensure orderly conduct of local recruitment, onboard, training, employee relations, compensation, and performance appraisal modules.
Build and continuously optimize the local compensation and benefits system. Coordinate employee care to improve retention rate.
Maintain relationships with local governments, law firms, and relevant institutions to support local business operations.
Qualifications
Bachelor\'s degree or above, with at least 5 years of experience as an HR manager, preferably in a large manufacturing enterprise.
Fluent in Malaysia English or Chinese as working language.
Cross-cultural communication skills and strong organizational coordination abilities.
Strong leadership and cross-cultural team management experience.
Positive mindset, enthusiasm for work, strong resilience and adaptability.
Strategic thinking and independent problem-solving skills to address complex HR challenges.
Familiar with local labor laws and regulations, with extensive local life and work experience.
