• Evaluate assembly process and ensure adherence to product requirement.
• Monitor and work together with technician to close the gap of process deviation and improve efficiency.
• Study product requirements, design jig and fixture to aid and simplify assembly process.
• Provide training and guidance to technician.
• Handle RFQ and develop Bill of Material for new products.
• Assist manufacturing department and manage communication across all departments.
